Terms and Conditions

General Terms

When wheels are removed during an alloy wheel refurbishment, on replacement all wheel nuts including lockers will be torqued to manufacturers guidelines. Due to the increased depth of paint following refurbishment all wheel nuts including lockers must be checked 25 miles after collection of the vehicle.

Following a full valet or full interior where the inside of the vehicle has been shampooed, you must ensure that the vehicle is aired and dried to prevent any damage to upholstery or sensitive electrical equipment due to moisture build up through lack of ventilation ultimately leading to mould development and stale odours.

We will not be liable for the cost of replacement of any wheel nuts including lockers should any crack, break or round off during removal of wheels to undertake alloy wheel refurbishment. If we anticipate a problem with the removal of said wheel nuts, for example due to heavy corrosion, wear or over tightening, you will be notified prior to removal and your authorisation to proceed obtained.

Vehicles will only be jacked up using the manufactures specified jacking points. We will not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle should damage arise during jacking on these points due to a prior repair to sill, jacking point or corrosion in the metal.

When jacking a vehicle with air suspension, the vehicle will be put into the appropriate jacking mode and we will not be held liable for any subsequent failure of the vehicles air suspension.
